摘要
利用统计数据对积极财政政策投资效应的分析表明 ,以政府投资为特征的积极财政政策应转到创新制度为企业营造投资的环境和扩大最终消费上来。
Analysis on the investment effect of the positive fiscal policy according to statistical figures shows that the positive fiscal policy of taking governmental investment as characteristic should turn into innovative system building investment environment and expanding ultimate consumption.
