At present, the educational management for college students calls for reform of the managerial means and the managerial ideas, in particular. We should attach importance to the application of the management for college students, namely, humanitarian-oriented management, which is not only characteristic of the development of the modern managerial theory, but also the requirement of the cultivation of the talent and their growth.
