摘要
通过对四个国家或国际组织的内部控制概念进行详细的比较分析,指出我国内部控制概念与西方的差异,最后结合我国实际情况,提出几点建议。
This paper compares and analyzes the conception of internal control from four aspects among four countries, points out their contrasts, then puts forward to some advice in terms of the actual circumstances in China.
