摘要
我们党和国家在正确分析新时期社会治安出现的新情况新问题的基础上,适应现代化建设的客观要求作出了社会治安综合治理的重大治安决策。综合治理方针提出后不断丰富、完善和发展,尤其现阶段,在综合治理的总体框架之下,我们的社会治安管理和社会治安控制逐步走上科学化、现代化的道路。
Our country and our Party correctly analyze and appraise the present situation of social security and make an important strategic decision on comprehensive administration of social security. The decision fits in the needs of modernized construction. The policy on comprehensive administration of social security is developed and perfected during the present stages. The administration and control of the social public security are gradually on the scientific and modernized way.
