The Subject Construction and Its Journal Development of the Higher Education Institutions

高校学科建设是高等教育的核心 ,是高校赖以生存与发展的生命线。学报的发展也与学科建设联系甚密。高校只有把学科建设 ,尤其是重点学科建设好 ,高校学报才能健康良性的发展 ,其质量、学术地位才能得以提高。

The subject construction is compared to the core of the higher education and the lifeboat on which the higher education institutions can survive and advance. On the other hand, the journal development is closely related to the subject construction, esp. the key subject construction. The healthy development and the upgraded academic status of the journal must be based on the well-established subject structure.
