政治构成主义的悬空状态

On the Suspension of Political Constructivism

通过比较康德的构成主义与罗尔斯的政治构成主义 ,检视政治构成主义的构成过程与其前提、构成的理想环境、构成的结果之间的关系 ,指出罗尔斯构成主义之中的内在矛盾 ,诸如实践理性的假定性质、构成的前提与构成结果之间的循环论证 ,以及政治构成主义的悬空状态等理论问题。本文借此证明罗尔斯的政治自由主义并没有达到其根本任务 。

This paper surveys the relationship between the constructing procedures of political constructivism and its premises, the ideal situations and the outcomes of the construction through a comparison of Kant's constructivism with Rawls' political constructivism, and reveals the contradictions and problems in political constructivism, such as the hypothetical character of Rawls' practical reason, the vicious circle of preconditions and outcome of the construction, the suspension of political constructivism that does not play a real role in forming the principles of justice. The paper, thereby, argues that Rawls' political constructivism has not accomplished its essential purpose, namely justification of the fair and just basic structure of society in the background of reasonable pluralism.
