碳纳米管液面排布转移技术——一种新型纳米器件加工手段 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温电弧法和气相CVD法制备了单壁和多壁碳纳米管 ,对其进行气相提纯、化学处理和端口高分子修饰后 ,溶于有机溶剂形成稳定的溶液。随后在水溶液表面依照分子与碳纳米管之间的力学作用平衡机制 ,形成取向平行排列的碳纳米管单分子层造型 ,然后被原样转移沉积到经预先处理过的基片表面 ,形成碳纳米管的均匀排布结构层。利用这种方法 ,每次转移的碳管数量一定 ,因此可以通过一层层的沉积来控制做多层结构。 Single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) and multi wall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) were synthesized by high temperature arc method and CVD. Stable sol was obtained after vapour purification, chemical treatment and macromolecule decoration orderly. The aligned carbon nanotube thin films were deposited as follows:according to the mechanical balance between molecular and carbon nanotube, carbon nanotube molecular layer was formed on the surface of water, and then transferred to the surface of pre treated substrate. Using this method, multi layers can be obtained by means of layer by layer deposition.
