摘要
在改进的MLD— 10型冲击腐蚀磨损试验机上 ,对ZGMn13和低碳高合金钢的耐冲击腐蚀磨损性能进行比较研究 ,着重研究浆料性质、冲击功大小等对两种材料抗冲击腐蚀磨损性能的影响。通过不同条件下材料的失重、冲击磨损面的形貌 (SEM照片 )、材料冲击端表层及亚表层的组织结构变化等 。
With the improved MLD-10 style impact-corrosion-wear tester, the investigations on the impact-corrosion-wear properties of ZGMn13 and a low carbon high alloy steel were carried out. The influences of the pH value, impact quantity of slurry on the resistance to impact-corrosion-wear of the two steels were studied. By researching the material loss after testing, SEM of worn surfaces, microstructure change of super-layer and sub-layer, the properties and mechanisms of resistance to impact-corrosion-wear of the steels were analyzed.
