摘要
研究了铜和镍混合粉经冷压和一次冷压、二次温压两种压制方法成型后的烧结体的显微组织、密度和硬度。研究发现 ,在铜粉和镍粉反应过程中 ,温压工艺对烧结体显微组织、密度和硬度有重要的影响。一次冷压、二次温压成型工艺较冷压成型工艺有利于Cu -Ni单相固溶体的形成 。
The article deals with the microstructure,the compact density and the hardness of Cu-Ni sinters formed with two pressing ways,cool compaction and cool compaction followed by warm compaction.The results show that the warm compaction process has a great influence on the microstructure,density and hardness of Cu-Ni sinters.It is also shows that the process of cool compaction followed by warm compaction is more advantageous to the formation of Cu-Ni monophase solution than single cool compaction process,so by which the density and hardness of Cu-Ni powder sinters can be improved.
