复合场治疗仪对大鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘要 复合场治疗仪是新研制的治疗仪器。经大鼠连续治疗 90天 ,每天一次 ,总剂量为 2 85 9mT·G ,同时设相应未经治疗大鼠为对照组 ,按 7、 14、 30、 6 0及 90天分别处死动物 ,采血进行细胞与体液免疫分析 ,结果表明试验组连续治疗 90天 ,淋巴细胞转化率、可溶性白介素受体 - 2值 (SIL - 2R)、总溶血补体值 (CH50 )及免疫球蛋白值 (IgA、IgG)均明显高于对照组 。 Complex field treatment instrument is of a new kind. It was used for rats for ninety days continuously once per day, and the accumulated dose was 285 9mT·G. At the same time, rats of the same quantity were made to be of a control group. The rats were killed on the 7th, 14th, 30th, 60th and 90th day respectively, and blood was collected to do cellular and humoral immunity analysis. Results showes:the value of lymphocyte transformation rate, Soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor(SIL 2R), total hemolytic complement activity(CH 50 ), and immunoglobulin (IgA、IgG) of the test group continuously treated in ninety days were obviously higher than those of the control group. This proves that the treatment instrument can improve immunity function of rats.
