摘要
人才是高校学科建设的基石 ,有了高素质的人才 ,学科发展才有可靠的基础。文章就学科建设中的梯队建设和人才结构优化。
Talents are the foundation of reconstruction of disciplines and courses. This paper discusses the tactics of the echelon, optimization, cultivation and introduction of the talents. The most important is their genuine ability and learning.
