不锈钢-钢爆炸复合板结合区组织的分析 被引量:11

摘要 铁素体不锈钢 0Cr13Al 钢 16MnR、奥氏体不锈钢 1Cr18Ni9Ti 钢Q2 35A和双相不锈钢0 0Cr2 2Ni5Mo3N 钢Q345C 3种爆炸复合钢板结合界面呈波状结合 ,热处理后结合区基板脱碳、复板渗碳 ,而且在结合区复板侧有一个约 30 μm宽的亚微米级的超细晶粒带 。 It has been obtained that the continuous waveform appearance feature is presented at bonded surface of three kinds of explosive clad plate -ferritic stainless steel 0Cr13Al steel 16MnR, austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel Q235A and dual phase stainless steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel Q345C; after heat treatment the basic carbon steel plate decarbonizes, the bonded stainless steel plate carburizes at bonded zone and a submicron grain zone with about 30 μm width is at the edge of bonded plate. The hardness of bonded zone is higher than that of matrix.
