摘要
根据 2 80mm× 380mm重轨钢大方坯的试验数据 ,并采用回归分析探讨M IMES结晶器电磁搅拌的电流强度和拉速、过热度等连铸工艺参数与铸坯中心碳偏析的关系 ,结果得出 ,随电流强度的增加 ,中心碳偏析指数下降 。
Based on the experimental data for 280 mm×380 mm concasting bloom of heavy rail steel, the effect of current intensity of M IEMS mould electromagnetic stirring and concasting parameters such as casting speed and overheating degree of metal on central carbon segregation of bloom has been studied by regression analysis. The results obtained that with increasing current intensity, the central carbon segregation index decreased which was linear with the current intensity.
