摘要 介绍了P(DMC-AM)使用氧化还原K2S2O8/NaHSO3体系作聚合引发剂的水溶液聚合方法,探讨了其最佳反应条件对聚合物特性粘度的影响,并用红外光谱和共振光散射光谱对聚合物的结构进行了确认。实验表明:P(DMC-AM)的最佳聚合条件为:引发剂用量为体系的0.4%,单体配比DMC(重量)为40%~60%,DMC溶液浓度为14%~18%,反应温度为45~55℃,反应时间为4~5h。比较了P(DMC-AM)对气井、屠宰、酿造、印钞、农药和造纸废水的不同絮凝效果,结果表明P(DMC-AM)对COD(Cr)有较高的去除率,是一种性能优良、用途广泛的絮凝剂。 Using K2S2O8/NaHSO3 as polymerization initiator,P(DMC-AM) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization.The effect of the best reaction conditions on the intrinsic viscosity of polymer was studied.The structure of P(DMC-AM) was confirmed by the IR spectrogram and the resonance light scattering spectrogram.The results shows that the best conditions of P(DMC-AM) are :the amount used of initiator is 0.4% of reaction system;the consumption of monomer (DMC%) is 40%~60%;the concentration of DMC is 14%~18%;the reaction temperature is between 45~55?℃;the reaction time is between 4~5?hours.P(DMC-AM) was used to treat to gas well,animals slaughtering,brewing,papermoney making,pesticide,paper making waste water were compared.The results shows that P(DMC-AM) is very effective in removing COD(Cr).
