提出了用于水利项目投资决策的方法———基于相对最优方案的指标赋权模型,介绍了该方法的基本原理,建立了综合考虑多种因素的水利项目投资决策的基于相对最佳方案的指标赋权模型,并用实例加以说明,所得结果与模糊评判法的评价结果相同,说明该方法用于水利项目投资决策是有效的。

The method for synthetical evaluation of hydropower project investment and decisionmaking is presented. Determining the index weight model is applied and its basic theory is introduced. Meanwhile many factors are taken into account. It is explained by an example that the result is similar to that of the fuzzy judging method, so this method is available to decide hydrengineering investment and decisionmaking.
