摘要
应用ANSYS非线性结构分析原理和热分析及热-结构耦合分析原理,根据变温相似材料的力学参数及热物理参数进行结构分析和热-结构耦合分析,计算由于热膨胀或收缩引起的热应力,同时对热-结构耦合分析的成果与非线性结构分析的结果进行对比,得到了由于温度变化而在模型内部产生的附加温度场对试验成果中位移的影响程度约为6%,应力的影响程度约为-6%~9%,从而证明了试验结果的可靠性。
In the paper,applying the principles of ANSYS in nonlinear structure analysis,thermal analysis and coupling analysis between structure and heat,the thermal stress due to thermal expansion or contraction is calculated with mechanics and thermal parameters.Then,compared the result of the nonlinear structure analysis with the result of the coupling analysis between structure and heat,it shows that the influence degree of the test displacement brought about by additional temperature field is 6%,and the influence degree of stress brought about by additional temperature field is -6%~9%.Therefore,the model test result proves reliable.
