摘要
4-(3′-羟基丙基)-1,7-庚二醇(1)可用于新型树枝状大分子(Cascade分子)的合成研究。以硝基甲烷为原料,经腈乙基化、醇解、三正丁基锡氢通过游离基还原反应脱除叔碳硝基,合成了关键中间体4-(2′-乙氧羰基乙基)-1,7庚二酸二乙酯(4),(4)总收率以硝基甲烷计算为65.4%。(4)经还原得目标化合物(1)。
The synthetic for 4-(3′-hydroxypropyl) heptaediol(1) was developed, which was applied to the study of new starburst dendritic macromolecules—cascade molecules. The intermediate product(4), diethyl 4-(2′-ethoxycarbonylethyl) heptanedioate, was synthesized from nitromethane via cyanoethylation, acoholization alcoholization and hydrogenation. The nitro group of tertiary nitro compound was replaced by hydrogen. The overall yield of (4), based on nitromethane, was 65.4%. The 4-(3′-hydroxypropyl) heptaediol(1) was obtained by reducing ester(4) with lithium aluminum hydride.
