Linguistic Semiotics from the Semiotic Perspective

目前,符号学研究已形成一种国际性的研究热潮,符号学理论构成了当代哲学及其他许多学科领域最核心的理论之一。澄清对符号的认识,探索中西符号学思想传统,了解符号学的形成过程,确认现代符号学的思想源流,认识符号学的研究领域、主要分支和流派,发掘符号学研究的意义,会加深语言学工作者对作为一门学科的符号学的理解。在此基础上,梳理语言学与符号学相互影响的关系,探讨二者结合的可能性,进而构建语言符号学的合理框架,创建语言符号学,是语言学和符号学发展的必然要求。

The study of semiotics has now become a new international trend, being one of the key study areas in contemporary philosophy and other related fields. Exploring Chinese and Western semiotic traditions, knowing the development of semiotics, understanding the semiotic study areas and schools and its implications will help linguistic scholars to have a better understanding of semiotics, and explore a possibility of integrating linguistics and semiotics so as to establish a new discipline of linguistic semiotics.
