本文探讨了工作液pH值、温度、时间、染料的浓度对改变pH法制备β-环糊精-分散染料包合物的影响,包结率与pH值是正比,pH增加,包结率上升;包结率随温度升高而升高,超过80℃时,包结率下降;延长反应时间有利于反应达到平衡;当染料浓度接近饱和时,包结率趋于恒定。制定了最佳工艺方案:pH值等于11,温度50℃,时间2小时,β-环糊精:染料(摩尔比)为5:1,通过对包合物的外观、溶解度以及上染速率来鉴定包合物的存在。
Factors influencing the encapsulation ratio of β -cyclodextrin-disperse dye inclusion complex during its preparation, such as concentration of dye, pH, temperature and time, were studied. There was a direct proportional relationship between pH value and encapsulation ratio; encapsulation ratio increases with an increase in pH. Raising the temperature of the encapsulation bath from 20℃ to 80℃ correspondingly increased the encapsulation ratio. When the temperature went above 80℃, however, the encapsulation ratio decreased. Prolonging the time facilitates the encapsulation reaction reaching equilibrium. The encapsulation ratio tended to be constant as the dye concentration approached saturation. Optimum conditions were: pH 11, temperature 50℃, time 2h, and a 5:1 ratio of β -cyclodextrin to disperse dye. The resulting inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin-disperse dye was identified by its appearance, solubility in water, dyeing rate onto polyester fabric, etc.
