尿γ-谷氨酰转移酶在炎症或非炎症性肾脏疾病中的应用价值

The Application Value of Urinary Gamma-glutamyltransferase in the Inflammatory and Non-inflammatory Kidney Diseases

目的探讨尿γ-GT在伴有炎症性或非炎症性病变的肾脏疾病患者中的临床应用价值。方法在Olympus 2700全自动生化分析仪检测尿γ-GT和尿肌酐,并用U/g·Cr的单位表示酶活性单位。结果炎症性肾脏疾病患者尿γ-GT水平同对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),非炎症性肾脏疾病患者尿γ-GT水平同对照组相类似(P>0.05)。结论尿γ-GT的检测可以为肾小球、肾小管疾患的病因、病理定位以及炎症反应的程度提供一定的鉴别诊断价值。

Objective To discuss the application value of urinary gamma-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT)in the inflammatory and non-inflammatory kidney diseases. Methods To determine the urinary γ-GT and creatinine on Olympus 2700 auto-matic biochemistry analyzer. The enzyme activity unit was indicated as U/g@Cr. Results The urinary γ-GT of inflamma-tory groups comparied with the control group was showed significant difference (P<0. 05) , but the non-inflammatory groups was not. Conclusion The determination of urinary γ-GT could provide the differential diagnostic value for the pathogeny,pathology localization and extent of inflammatory reaction of the renal glomerulus and the tubule diseases.
