免疫功能正常的原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤22例临床病理分析

The clinical situation and pathological classification of primary central nervous system lymphoma in 22 immunocompetent patients

目的 观察在免疫功能正常个体中原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤 (PCNSL)的临床病理特点。方法 回顾性分析 2 2例免疫功能正常PCNSL的临床表现和病理类型。结果 免疫功能正常的PCNSL临床特点为颅内压增高、颅神经损害和肢体运动感觉障碍 ,影像学多为颅内单发病灶 ,病理类型以低、中度恶性B细胞源性为主。结论 免疫功能正常PCNSL的发病机制、临床表现和病理类型均与免疫缺陷或抑制相关的PCNSL不同。

Objective To observe the clinical situation and pathological classification of primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL) in immunocompetent patients. Methods 22 immtmocompetent inpatients diagnosed PCNSL with histopathologic examination or cytologic examination of cerebrospinal fluid were retrospectively analyzed. Results lmmunocompetent PCNSL was chiefly characterized by increased inlxacramal pressure, limbs akinesthesia and intracramal single mass lesion. Low to moderate malignant Bcell lymphoma was its capital pathological classification. Conclusions PCNSL in immunocompetent patients is different from immunodeficiency-related or immunosuppression-related PCNSL on etiology, clinical situation and pathological classification.
