摘要
在反相 C18色谱柱上建立了测定邻苯二酚醚化的相转移催化合成产物的高效液相色谱方法。流动相为甲醇 ( A)和含 0 .2 %醋酸水 ( B)的混合溶液 ,A∶ B=80∶ 2 0 ( v/v) ,流速 1 .0 m L/min,紫外检测波长 2 70 nm,内标物为苯乙酮。应用该法分析测试了不同反应条件下实验室合成产物共5 0多个样品 ,结果满意。
An analytical method for determining the products of etherification of catechol with phase-transfer catalyst has been studied and established by using high performance liquid chromatography.The analytical conditions were as follows:column, Spherisorb C_(18) (5(m) cartridge 250 mm(4. 6mm i.d; mobile phase,amixture of two solutions of methanol(A) and water containing 0.2% acetic acid (B),A∶B=80∶20(v/v); flow-rate,1 0 mL/min; detection,270 nm. The quantitative analysis was performed by internal standard calibration with acetophenone. Fifty samples of synthetic products in different reactive conditions have been determined by this method, and the results are satisfactory.
