摘要
提高梁柱焊接节点的抗震性能是钢结构抗震设计的重要内容之一。美国北岭和日本阪神震害教训表明 ,为防止梁柱焊接节点在地震中出现源于焊缝的脆性破坏 ,设计上应注意降低节点焊缝处的应力集中 ,改善焊缝的受力状态 ,设法利用钢材的塑性储备来吸收地震能量 ,并根据抗震设防要求和地震作用特点选用韧性达标的焊接材料。制造和安装时还应注意消除节点焊缝处的各种应力集中 ,包括妥善处置引弧板和垫板。
It is an important content of seismic design for steel structures to improve the performance resisting to earthquake of beam-column welded connections. The earthquakes in Northridge, America and Koba, Japan manifest that in order to prevent beam-column connections from brittle destruction born of the welds in earthquake, it should be paid attention in design to lower the stress concentration at connection welds, ameliorate the loaded situation for weld, to absorb the seismic energy by use of plastic reservation possessed by steel beams, and to choose the welding material, the toughness of which reaches the requirements in standard corresponding to characteristics of seismic loading and demands resisting to earthquake. It should also be took into account to eliminated the various kinds of stress concentration at connection welds in fabrication and installation, including dealing with weld tabs and the backing-bar appropriately.
