摘要
从TDA的同分异构体中分离得到间位TDA难度很大 ,针对常用的两塔正次序分离法存在物料停留时间长、能量消耗大、发生副反应等缺点 ,提出了采用带侧线采出的复杂精馏塔分离方法 ,使得物料的停留时间缩短 ,能耗减少约 2 2 %。
It is difficult to separate m-TDA from TDA isomers. There are some defects in the separation method using two columns, such as long residence time, huge energy expenditure and side reactions. A new separation method using a complex column with side discharge was studied. In this method, residence time of streams became shorter and energy expenditure decreased about twenty-two percent.
