摘要
用离子氮碳氧复合渗处理的方法 ,在绝热式离子热处理炉上对 45钢试样进行处理。通过金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪观察了化合物层的显微组织和微观结构及在MPX 2 0 0型盘销式摩擦磨损试验机上进行纯滑动干磨损试验。结果表明 ,45钢经离子氮碳氧复合渗处理后 ,表层可获得化合物和氧化物的复合渗层 ,明显提高 45钢的耐磨性能。
The sample of 45 steed is treated on the adiabatic ionic heat treatment furnace by use of the ion nitrocarburizing-ion oxidizing method. Then the microstructure of the compound layer is observed through the microscope and the X rays diffractometer. In addition the pure sliding wear test has been done with the MPX-200 wear test machine. The experiment shows that the compound layer with nitride and oxide is obtained in surface of 45 steel by the combined treat of ion nitrocarburizing and oxidizing. The compound layer greatly improves the wear-resistance of 45 steel.
