汉武帝时代是中国盐政史的一个重要分水岭,也是中国食盐专卖的第一个高潮期。食盐第一次与国家兴衰密切地联系到了一起．而在此以前，中国古代盐政已经历了从萌生到发展的漫长的历史阶段．但尚未引起人们的足够重视．本文拟正本清源,溯流而上,探寻中国盐政的早期历史轨迹。

Abstract Thetime of Han Wu Di was an inportant watershed in the history of Chinese salt policy and was also the first high tide of Chinese common salt monopoly.The paper is a study of the early history of Chinese salt policy.
