摘要
在等离子体法制备氮化铁磁流体的工艺条件中,温度因素直接影响氮化铁磁流体物相的形成,它要求在实验仪器密闭的前提下反应腔内达到特定的温度点,本文利用了热敏电阻对温度反应灵敏、体积小、稳定性强等特点,对热敏电阻测温装置进行改装应用到本实验中,根据在热敏电阻定标实验中所得到的温度与电阻值的关系曲线实现了对温度的监测,取得了理想的效果.
Temperature affects the producing of the nitride iron magnetic fluid directly in the technics for the prearation of nitride iron magnetic fluid with the plasma method. It is required to be a special temperature field in a closing set. Thermistor, which has be many advatages such as the sensitive response to temperature, small volume, strong stability, is improved to be applied to this experiment, and it has an active effect on the optimiaztion and control of the temperature.
