摘要
近20年来,现代陶瓷由于具有高硬度、低韧性、高熔点、低热传导性、低导电性、化学安定性等特有的性能,在工业上得到广泛的应用,是仅次于金属和工程塑料的“第三产业材料”,国内外学者对陶瓷材料的加工机理进行研究.本文系统的介绍了现代陶瓷的概念,对陶瓷材料的性能及应用作了分析,简要地介绍陶瓷超精密加工的各种工艺方法及加工机理.
New ceramics has been used widely in industry with the high rigidity, low tenacity, high melting point, low heat exchange, low leading electricity and chemistry invariability in the last 20 years. It is the 'third industry material', only inferiors to the metal and project plastic. The machining mechanism of the ceramics material has been researched by domestic and foreign scholars. This paper introduces the concept of new ceramics, analyzes the performance of the ceramics and presents various precise manufacturing of the ceramics and manufacturing mechanism.
