摘要
[目的]探讨运动对HRV的影响.[方法]运用MCA-3C心脏综合信息检测仪,分别对采集的512个心电信号的时域参数和频域参数进行心率变异(HRV)分析.[结果]运动训练使P50、SD、HF.H、脉压和R-R间期显著提高P<0.05;心率显著降低P<0.05;TP、LF.H、LF.A等参数值增加;LF.S、HF.A、HFS及LF/HF无显著差异,P>0.05.[结论]运动训练使HRV的时域参数显著增加.
[Objective] Analyse explore the effect of sports training on Heart Rate Variability. [Methods] HRV signals obtained by 512 times domain and frequency domain with MCA-3C. [Results] P50, SD, HF.H and pulse pressure and R-R interval of heart rate increase significantly by P<0.05. The sports train decrease significantly heart by P<0.05. The sports train increase HRV total power(TP), LF.H, LH.A, HRV parameter LH.S, HF.A, HF.S and LF/HF ratio in differents student show no difference by (P>0.05). [Conclusion] It demonstrate that the HRV parameters of time domain have a significant difference between trained students and common students.
