摘要
高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设经历了被动适应、探索发展、规范建设3个历史阶段,在认识水平、建设途径、管理评价等方面积累了较为丰富的经验,也存在着不少需要重视的问题。
In the building of teacher contingents of double division types at higher vocational colleges, the three development stages called passive adaptation, probing development and standardized construction have been experienced. In terms of knowledge level, building channel and management evaluation, more experience has been accumulated. Meanwhile , there still exist many problems which should be paid attention to.
