By analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional C programming language teaching methods which emphasizes on grammar and separates theory and practice, this article provides teaching methods of double-cycle project. These methods present better teaching and learning results by emphasizing students ability to write and compile programs, organizing teaching activities according to project examples, and combining theory and practice.
