In view of the dispute over the theory of one -sided joint offense, this essay analyzes the demerits of traditional theory of defining one-sided joint offense as other joint offense, then redefines one-sided joint offense in two aspects: it includes the actions of two sides from the connotation point of view, and it is defined as independent offense for the intentional side of one-sided joint offense from the practical point of view.
