摘要
通过对1700名大学生施测SCL-90和兴趣调查问卷,并对有关数据进行方差分析,发现兴趣与心理健康之间存在显著的相关,具有积极兴趣的人的心理健康状况远优于具有消极兴趣或没有兴趣的人。培养兴趣和建设满足兴趣的环境可以成为心理健康教育的途径。
By administering SCL-90 and questionnaire of interest to 1700 college students, test result proclaims that there is significant correlation between interest and mental health, and that the students with positive interest are healthier than those with negative or no interest. Developing interest and constructing environment to meet people抯 interest are alternative approaches to the education of mental health.
