植物油抽提溶剂油加工工艺的分析改造与效果评价

REVAMPING OF PLANT OIL EXTRACTION SOLVENT NAPHTHA PROCESS AND ANALYSIS OF ITS RESULTS

天然气处理厂第二气体处理厂植物油抽提溶剂油系统自 1 996年投入运行 ,尤其在 2 0 0 1年 2 .5× 1 0 4 t/a轻烃深加工装置的植物油抽提溶剂油系统投运后 ,对该系统进行多次改造后表明 :植物油抽提溶剂油产品质量有了明显提高 ,产品的一级品、二级品达到了产量的 80 %以上 ,产品市场竞争力明显增强。

Since plant oil extraction solvent naphtha unit of No.2 gas processing plant of Zhongyuan natural processing plant was built in 1996,especially after the 25 000 tons per year further processing unit for light-hydrocarbon built and went into production in 2001,the unit has been revamped,the quality of the plant oil extraction solvent naphtha has been improved.The yield of the first grade product and the second grade product is at 80% in the all output.The products are sell better than before.
