摘要
分析了高温短接触反应条件对重油催化裂化反应的影响 ,介绍了近年来围绕实现高温短接触反应条件而发展起来的预提升、雾化喷嘴、反应控制、气固快分各项提升管反应技术 ,及以新型反应器为核心的各种高温短接触催化裂化新工艺。这些工艺技术可以有效提高催化裂化反应的转化率和选择性 ,改善产品质量 。
The influence of high temperature and short contact time in RFCC was discussed elaborately in this paper. Some novel technologies such as feed oil atomizing, the reaction control in riser, the rapid separation of gas and catalyst, and some new reactors were introduced in detail. Various kinds of high temperature and short contact time technologies can effectively enhance the conversion and selectivity of cracking reaction of hydrocarbons, or improve the quality of the desired products so as to manufacture the environment-friendly clean fuel products.
