国有资产在国有企事业单位的经济中起着举足轻重的作用 ,在过去多年的国有资产管理的实践中 ,我们取得了很大成就。但国有资产管理体制的改革是一个不断发展完善的过程 ,一方面 ,随着时间的推移 ,一些人的资产管理观念开始淡漠 ;另一方面 ,随着经济体制改革的深化 ,深层次的体制问题和矛盾会随着体制改革的时间进一步显露 ,因此 ,国有资产管理工作也要随着基本经济制度的完善而完善 。

State owned asset in enterprises takes great role in the economy. We have achieve great success in past management practice. But the reform of the managing system is a course that needs to be perfected continuously. One hand, time flies, some people's views on the management become more critical; on the other hand, with the deepening of the reform of economical system, deeper problems as well as contradicts appear. Therefore, the management of state owned asset should be perfected with the perfection of economical system. The management and distribution of state owned asset should be adjusted continuously
