摘要
循环流化床锅炉是一种洁净煤燃烧技术,它可以将煤矿挑选剩下的煤矸石、劣质煤、煤泥作为燃料来发电,并且可以利用矸石的自身含钙量进行自脱硫(如媒质含钙量较低,需再加入少许的石灰石控制最终的烟气含硫量),减少对环境的污染。本文结合江苏大屯矸石电厂工程,介绍循环流化床锅炉的控制特点。
It is the technique of cleaning coal to burn that circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler. It can make use of coal slack and inferior coal and coal mire to generate electricity. It can make use of calcium content of coal slack to desulphurize (If calcium content is lower, It is need add a few limestone to control sulphur content in exhaust gas.), reduce pollution for environment. It introduces control character of CFB, according to the engineering of jiangsu Datun power plant.
