2003 China Wood Export & Irrport Conference succeeded to the theme of National Timber Import & Export Conference in 2002, which is to expedite China wood product export and raw material import. However, the conference of this year highlights more on company exhibits and face-to-face negotiation between Chinese and international companies. Offshore promotion target was fulfilled with 98 attendees from 75 foreign companies. The improvement to the conference has been started recently for the preparation of the conference in 2004
