乙型肝炎病毒感染者DNA检测分析

Analysis of the DNA of hepatitis B virus of the patients with hepatitis B

摘要 ①目的　了解HBV感染者体内病毒复制情况。②方法　用PCR法检测HBV -DNA。③结果　共发现 7种感染标志物组合模式 ,选用其中 6种进行PCR扩增检测分析 ,以临床上的乙肝“大三阳”(HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 -HBc)组HBV -DNA阳性率最高为 1 0 0 % ;其次为“小三阳”(HBsAg、抗 -HBe、抗 -HBc)组HBV -DNA阳性率为 30 %。④结论　“大三阳”组人群体内乙肝病毒复制性强 ,具有高度传染性 ;在抗 -HBe阳性携带者中 ,也有相当一部分人具有传染性 ;单纯抗
