Nanyang's geographical position was very important in Han Dynasty.Nanyang & its network of communication lines,which showed specific historic meanings.From Eastern Han Dynasty,the political position of Nanyang had been promoted,its traffic fanction had been strengthened.The position as a hub of communications was becoming more & more outstanding along with the immigrant upsurge was in the making.ZHUEG liang had sharp eyes & keen ears,analysed the situation,chose Nanyang as the inhabited place,awaited a favourable opportunity,which embodied his strategic eyes as an outstanding stateman & strategist.
