苹果水心病在贮藏期变化的无损检测 被引量:13

摘要 该研究通过自制差分仪监测了贮藏中苹果透光强度的变化,建立了贮藏中苹果透光强度和质量随时间变化的回归方程。在贮藏过程中有水心病的苹果透光强度下降较无水心病苹果快,贮藏后期发病不严重的病果症状消失,同时发现质量较大的苹果中水心病发病比率高。 The change of transmission intension of the apple during the storage period was inspected by the self-made difference-meter. The regress equation of the variety of apple's transmission intension and mass with storage time was established respectively. Further more watercore apple's transmission intension decreased faster than normal apples, and that if the apple have a bigger mass, the incidence of a watercore is also higher.
