摘要
以硫酸铜为酯化反应催化剂合成了癸二酸二丁酯,其最佳反应条件为:0.05mol癸二酸催化剂用量为3.0g,醇酸物质的量比为4,反应时间3.0h,带水剂12mL,癸二酸的酯化率可达97.23%。该催化剂催化效果好,使用量少,酯化率高,可重复使用,无环境污染,价廉易得,是一种极有应用价值的催化剂。
The synthesis of dibutyl sebacate by esterification with cupric sulfate as catalyst is studied. The optimal conditions are as follows :0.05mol sebacic acid, quantity of catalyst used 3.0g, molar ratio of alcohol to acid 4, reaction time 3h and 12mL benzene used as water carrier. The esterification yield for sebacic acid reaches 97.23%. Experimental results show that, cupric sulfate is a high active catalyst with high rate of esterification, less quantity used and lower production cost. It can be used repeatedly and has no environmental pollution.
