摘要 以邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇为原料合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,以浓硫酸催化剂作对照,比较普通树脂和耐高温树脂催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的活性,结果表明,用浓H2SO4作催化剂反应时间长,转化率较低;用普通树脂作催化剂反应时间较长,转化率低于90%;用耐高温树脂作催化剂反应时间较短,转化率可达99%以上,重复使用10次,催化活性略有下降。 Dibutyl phthalate(DBP) is synthesized with phthalic anhydride and n-butanol as raw materials. The activities of different catalysts, concentrate sulfuric acid, common resins and high temperature resins, in the synthesis of DBP is compared which indicates that, when concentrate sulfuric acid is used as catalyst, the reaction time is longer and conversion rate lower; when common resins are used, reaction time is shorter and conversion rate below 90% and when heat resistance resins are used as catalyst, the reaction time is short and the conversion rate can reach over 99%. Meantime, the catalyst activity drops only slightly after repeatedly use of ten times.
