摘要
用聚氨酯乳液充当种子乳液 ,采用乳液聚合的方法合成了聚氨酯 -聚丙烯酸酯乳液。红外分析表明 :在乳液聚合的过程中 ,PU与PA之间仅仅发生物理复合 ,而没有发生化学的交联。粒径研究表明 :在乳化剂的用量小于临界胶束浓度时 ,粒径增大明显 ;乳液粒径随PU/PA比例的减少而增加。该乳液特殊的理化性能 ,使其作为皮革涂饰成膜剂具有广阔的应用前景。
Aqueous polyurethane-acrylic composite emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization, the polyurethane dispersion used in this process was a seed emulsion . The analyse of IR indicated that no chemical cross-linkage but physical composition occurred between PU and PA. The study of particle size indicated that:when the concentration of emulsifier less than the CMC of K12,the change of particle size was distinctly; particle size of the compounded emulsion increased with the increase of PA content. Being used as leather finishing agent,it has perfect characteristic.
