摘要
目的 :建立测定新生化冲剂中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱 (RP HPLC)法 ,以ODS C18色谱柱分离 ,以水 (水中含 1.0 %冰醋酸 )∶乙腈∶甲醇 =70∶0 .6∶3 0为流动相 ,流速为 1.0mL·min 1,检测波长 3 2 0nm。结果 :线性范围 5.4~ 86.4μg·mL 1,r=0 .9987,测得平均回收率 99.7% ,RSD =0 .49%。结论 :反相高效液相色谱法高效、快速、灵敏 ,可作为新生化冲剂质量控制的有效方法。
Objective:To set up a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in xinshanghua chongji. Method:RP-HPLC was adopted in the study. An ODS-C 1 8 column was used for separation. A mixture of water (containing 1.0% of glaci al acetic acid)∶ acetonitrile∶ methanol=70∶0.6∶30 served as the mobile phas e with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 . The detection wave length was 320nm. Results:The linear range was 5.4-86.4 μg·mL -1 , r=0.998 7. The average rate of recovery was 99.7%, RSD=0.49%. Conclusion:The method was shown to be highly effective, quick and sensitive and therefore suitable for quality control of the preparatio n.
