对韩中贸易纠纷的研究

A Study on the Trade Disputes between South Korean and China

韩中建交后,两国间经济交流的领域不断扩大,贸易量也飞速增加。但是,随着韩中贸易关系的飞速发展,两国间的贸易纠纷也不断增加。为此,本文通过韩国贸易企业(企业组织或个人)与中国企业之间发生的贸易纠纷事件,从进出口,产生纠纷的原因及货款结算方式等方面对韩中贸易纠纷的现状进行分析。并对进出口,产生纠纷的原因,及货款结算方式的现状等方面进行分类对比分析,由此探讨对策,以防出现不必要的风险,同时建立一个有效的,有体系的管理方式。

Since South Korea and China established the diplomatic relations with each other, as the fields of the economic exchanges between two countries are being explored, the amount of trade increases at a very fast speed. But more and more trade disputes take place while the trade relationship develops in a fast pace. Thus, in this essay, through the dispute events between Korean trading corporations and Chinese trading corporations, and the current situation of disputes between China and Korean from export to import, the reasons of disputes, and the ways of payment for goods etc, will be analyzed and also through analyzing and comparing the sorted current situations of import and export, the reasons of disputes and the ways of payment for goods, the author points out the corresponding strategies in case of the unwanted risks and simultaneously the idea of establishing a more effective and systematic administrative approach.
