In this paper the technological labor market and enterprise development models were set up through the market relationship between supply and demand. The game relation of supply and demand side and its map of computational model were set up through single-layer perception and XOR problem. The model frame was set up based on the modeling technology of multi-gents. The purpose is to describe the dynamic relation between the technological labor market and enterprise development correctly. It can afford more technical support.
