摘要
目的 :检测突出椎间盘组织中巨噬细胞的浸润及免疫复合物表达 ,进一步探讨腰椎间盘突出症的病理生理改变及其致痛机制。方法 :以猪为实验动物 ,手术制作椎间盘突出的模型 ,用免疫组化法对突出的椎间盘组织中巨噬细胞浸润及免疫复合物进行观察。结果 :3 2例突出的椎间盘组织中 2 3例有巨噬细胞浸润 ,15例存在免疫复合物表达。 12例对照组中仅 1例巨噬细胞浸润 ,无 1例存在免疫复合物的表达。结论 :突出的椎间盘组织中存在巨噬细胞及免疫复合物 ,它们是椎间盘突出后引起下腰痛及坐骨神经痛的重要病理生理基础之一 ,免疫复合物不是炎症反应的始动因素。
Objective:To determine the macrophage inflitration and the presence of immune complexes in the herniated disc tissue and explore the mechanism of lumbar pain and sciatica induced by herniated disc tissue.Methods:Twenty-four pigs were used in this study.The pigs were sacrificed at 6 months after surgery.Macrophage inflitration and presence of immune complexes were observed with the immuohistochemisty in herniated disc tissue.Results:Macrophage was found in 23 of 32(72.2%) herniated disc tissue and only 1 of 12 (8.3%) in the control.Immune complexes were found in 15 of 32(46.9%) herniated but no one was found in the control.Conclusion:There are macrophage inflitration and presence of immune complexces in the herniated disc tissue.Macrophage inflitration and presence of immune complexes may play an impontant rote in pathogenesis of lumbar pain and sciatica.
