摘要
从建立质量管理体系 ,实施人本管理 ,树立顾客满意理念 ,重视科学管理方法的应用等方面论述了ISO90 0 0国际质量标准对医学图书馆管理提出的要求。提出了更新观念 ,强化质量意识 ;健全图书馆质量管理体系 ,规范服务 ;完善图书馆质量管理评价制度 ,改进工作质量 ;加强“用户”教育 ,实现顾客满意等对策。
The requirements of ISO 9000 for medical library management are discussed from the establishment of quality management system, implementation of people-oriented management, realization of sense of user satisfaction, and application of scientific management. Also, some countermeasures are put forward that are renewing ideas, strengthening quality sense, improving medical library management system, standardizing library service, perfecting the evaluation system of library quality management, improving work quality and enhancing user education to meet readers' satisfaction.
