摘要
绘图机中的插补器在传统上是以硬件构成的高速运算部件,它实现的线路复杂,而且硬件的灵活性也很差。特别是在高速高精度绘图机中,若想以微处理器的程序方式来代替这些插补运算部件,每个插补点之间的时间仅只有十几微秒。在如此短的时间内实时地完成插补运算,则存在一定困难。文中以插补器后续的伺服系统的工作实际出发,提出以等时间(变空间间隔)的插补方式代替传统的等空间(变时间间隔)插补方法。从理论和实践两方面都证实了新方法的可行性。以此构成的新型绘图机结构简单、工作精度高、性能可靠、便于调试。
In a plotter the interpolator conventionaly uses hardware to construct the high speed operational block. In this way the controllor of the plotter is highly complicated and has lit- fie flexibility. However, using a microprocessor instead of using hardware to form an interpolator in a high speed plotter presents some difficulty. This paper presents a new method to overcome this difficulty. It changes the conventional equal-step interpolator into an equal-time period interpolator. This provides a possibility of using the microprocessor instead of a hard--wired logic. The effectiveness fo the new method has been proved in the practice of the new-type plotter design.
